To understand the importance and impact that the provision of specialist equipment can have on the individual and society, and to promote learning and dialogue on the barriers preventing timely access to vital disability and medical equipment. To ensure the development of effective policies that remove these barriers and enable people with disabilities to lead healthy and independent lives.
